Our company, Interkap started manufacturing plastic caps & closures in 1962. Since then, by taking small but determined steps we have developed into a modern giant with clear developmental goals and highly qualified staff.
Our machine Park consists of full automatic and electronic 39 high-tech injection machines. By using the bi-injection technology, our company can respond the double-component and dual-colored plastic caps & accessories' demands. During our production process, if needed, we may produce the items with hot-stamping technology to increase the visuality. We integrated robot technology (full automation) to our machine park to improve the hygiene standarts which is one of Interkap's main principles. All our machines are equipped with high-precision mold chillers, conveyor belts and automatic central dosing units that simplify the course of production, improve quality and eliminate human error.

In 1997, INTERKAP commenced an organizational transformation in order to adopt the philosophy and practice of Total Quality Management (TQM) concept. The understanding and commitment to TQM started from the executive level and trickled down to shop-floor level. Our company has "" ISO-9001:2008 International "" certificate."
